We are so glad we found Historica! We decided to stay in Saint John with only a few weeks to go before Christmas- affordable options were scarce, and we had specific requirements on top of that, including needing a pet-friendly place. I saw Historica had several properties, but were already booked or not what we needed, so I reached out. Kim responded immediately and had a unit about to be listed, so she set us up. She was available and responsive before and during our entire stay, and was even able to help us get an extra parking spot, which are at a premium in the Uptown area. We had a couple of small issues which were taken care of right away and did not negatively impact our stay. The apartment was affordable, beautiful, very clean and well appointed, with 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths (the full bath is between the bedrooms), and an open living/dining/kitchen space.
